Q. Do you charge for call outs?
A. we do not charge for callouts or estimates

Q. How much do you charge to carryout fire and burglary risk assessments?
A  We do not charge to carryout these assessments
 
Q. Is your work insured and guaranteed?
A. Yes our work is covered by £1 million of public liability insurance and any faulty work will be rectified at no extra cost

Q. When do you collect payment for a job?
A. We usually collect a deposit before starting the job and the remaining balance is due on the day the job is completed

Q.  Do you work weekends and evenings?
A. Yes we work weekends and evenings. We usually start work at 8 am and will work up until 10pm (weekdays and weekends) if required

Q.  Do you charge an hourly rate?
A. No we charge a fixed price and agree this with customer before starting a job
 
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept cash, cheque and online bank transfers. We do not accept credit cards

Q. Do you charge a premium rate to work on weekends and bank holidays?
A. No we do not charge premium rates to work on weekends and bank holidays

Q. Do your rates include parking and the congestion charge?
A. No, any parking or congestion charges incurred will be added to the final invoice
